Missing Reticle/Cursor
I just played my first hour or so of Enter the Gungeon, great game btw. But it wasn't until I watched some Youtube videos that I realized I'm missing a targeting reticle. It was there when I first opened up the game, but when I plugged in my controller, it disappeared. Help would be appreciated.

Are you using the controller or mouse + keyboard? The reticle only shows up if you're using mouse aim, otherwise you just point in the direction you want to fire with the right stick in "twin stick shooter" fashion.

After an hour of playing with a controller, did you need the cursor for anything ? Because if you play with a controller there is none, you dont need it, only with the mouse.

Pls add the option to enable the crosshair when using a controller. Would be greatly appreciated :D

I think I understand the design philosophy behind this. Make the controller a twin stick shooter game, whereas the cursor paired with the mouse allows for more precise gameplay. The one problem I see with this is that the controller isn't afforded the same accuracy as the mouse.

For example, if I want to use high-powered, single-shot weapons, there's a good chance I'm going to miss more with my thumbstick than with my mouse, for the simple reason that I know precisely where my projectile is going to go. If the game didn't have the cursor at all, I don't think this would be an issue. But I think it's unfair to remove a potential tool from the controller users.

I understand that the cursor is disabled if you use auto aim with the controller. The thing is that there are some players, like me, that want to play with controller but without the auto aim feature. I'm trying to get used to it, but I end missing a lot of shots because of it. I guess it takes some time to develop the cursor for controller, but, can we at least have an answer if it is not going to be developed at all?

If they do make that an option i wouold highly suggest they make like Terraria on consolewhere the reticle thing doesnt leave a certin radius of the player (not the precise one the circle one).

I've already commented on another thread about the same topic, but as a controller user I'm also having some difficulty with the lack of a reticle. It makes it noticably more difficult to land shots with any weapon and makes it harder to recommend to my controller-centric friends.

I love so many aspects of this game, but I'll have to wait to jump back in until there's reticle/controller support.

On ps4 the reticle is always on, unless you disable it. I want it in pc too :(
