Anything that says that it increases coolness is increasing an actual stat.

uhm cigarettes are one of the strongest items ever, ballot is also very good.

uhm cigarettes are one of the strongest items ever, ballot is also very good.

Cigs got a deserved nerf though, because you can reduce cooldowns for items to only 50% less now.

Having cigs reduce cooldowns, that would only be beneficial if you are using pilot, or have that item that allows two active items right?
