Need your help with final 5 "?" items and weapons in the Ammonicon

Hello everyone, I've 100%ed the game and going at the moment for 100% Ammonicon.
The reason I mentioned the 100% part is so you know that I have nothing left to unlock in the breach.
All orders bought, all hunting quests completed, up to the point in which they start to cycle without further unlocks.

I would like your assistance in finding out the remaining objects in the Ammonicon which I can't figure out the way to unlock them.
I might assume that defeating the lich with each different character unlocks something, but I don't believe that's the case.

For example, you unlock the skeleton key (or whatever it's called) by defeating a jammed shellington. So I do believe there must be similar methods to unlock the other remaining items.

In addition, I was yet to find the heart or armor synthesizers, do they only appear if you first pick the ammo synthesizer? or is it just dumb luck?

The most I can recommend is to start up a cursed run and try to kill some of the other high tier enemies in their jammed form. If a jammed shellington grants an item, maybe another jammed enemy will provide the other.
