What's this icon mean?

Noticed it a few times on floor 5.

Couldn't find anything significant in the room. Would have tried dropping a blank but I only had the default 2 and was attempting High Dragun soon so I didn't want to risk it just for testing purposes.

I had the arm for the robot in my inventory, but found the balloon to send it to chamber 4 in another room, so while I figured it was tied to that, I couldn't see any evidence of it.

Is that not the arm you have to attatch the balloon to, to bring it back up to the breach over a few runs?

No. You first pick up the arm in the Forge, which this room was not.

Unless this is a weird bug and it IS that symbol, but only has meaning on floor 1-4 after you float it up a few times?

that icon usually disapears once you have found the balloon (well it worked for me atleast)

The balloon was in a totally different room alltogether.

Where is it at then? I don't see any teleporter in the room other than the typical one to port INTO the room, and that also has an icon.

I mean the little red fist thingy in the minimap.
