only time i would use cigarettes is when i cleared a chamber, have full health and there are still a few health drops around that would be wasted anyway if i went down the elevator.
No, but the real question is the term "Permanent." Does this mean for 1 run or does this effect ever single run that would come after.
Then the wiki should not say permanent in the item description, and thus meaning the wiki has a mistake.
I'm sorry, but just because you assume permanent in the most literal endless form possible without any room for other context doesn't mean the rest does so too.
With permanent here they mean that the effect will persist, that it doesn't dissipate between chambers, or dissapears if you get rid of the cigarettes or after time. It remains a permanent buff for the current run.
Then why is it that other item descriptions do not have the word permanent in it? That is what I am trying to say. This was the only item description I could find with the word permanent in it, doesn't that seem wierd? Naturally it should be assumed that this effect is different from the rest of the items and that it would last forever, but since this is not true the wiki page should not have the word permanent in it.
Thus the wiki page has a mistake in it.
this. will you please stop always saying `the wiki has an error` every time now?
Don't be surprised if others edit it back because the current description is accurate and only you seem to be struggling to grasp the context.
