Gunter + Unity Ring + Double Vision + Ice Cube
I think kill pillars lasted 5 seconds. Bullet Hell didn't fare much better. Had to switch to an Elder Blank for later fights but my god that was a funny run.

I had one run with the Compressed air tank where I got scattershot and 2 fat bullets (I think these were what did it). I killed the high priest in one shot, literally. I wish I knew exactly what all I had because it was crazy.
