Green devil room
I found a green devil looking room today and after sacrificing 1 armor amd 1/2 health gave up anyone have an explanation of what the room is and how it works (also for some advice if u shoot a liquid gun in its mouth it spits out a gun)

It will take you to the black market however you must have 100 shells of cash or at least a level of curse to take you there otherwise it hurts you.
