How i can get ingredients for bullet(to kill the past)?

The only way to got it is have wings? Wings is rare drop...this can cost be the hole life to find.

You can get every part of the bullet without any flying item. Sure, it's not obvious how to get them without, so i won't tell you. If you want to spoil yourself, then you can google it.

To unlock the first ingredient, the Prime Primer, you have to buy it from the shopkeeper on the Gungeon Proper for 110.

To get the second ingredient, the Arcane Gunpowder, you have to do a maze of minecarts on invisible tracks to reach the area that it lies in, then grab it, and go back.

To get the third ingredient, the Planar Lead, you have to go across an invisible platform that twists and turns to the area that it sits in, and grab it, then navigate back. I found it was easiest to do this by having a gun that shoots liquids.

The last ingredient, the Obsidian Shell Casing, is obtained by killing the High Dragun, and shooting his skull after he's dead. The skull will drop the Obsidian Shell Casing, and you will be able to take it.

Then you take the ingredients to the Blacksmith at the forge, and she will build it for you. You can then obtain it by asking her, and you may ask her as many times as necessary, as it persists over all lives.
