edit:
I died on my first past (pilot), never died on any other past and replaying the marine/pilot again after beating the past never ended with a death so far.
Follow up question - would this achievement become locked if I finished all four character pasts without earning it? As I understand, once you've done that it replaces those segments with a Sixth Chamber.
It's a pretty horrible criteria for an achievement tbh
As i figured out recently (thanks to someone here on the discussions) only the walk to bullet hell is mandatory.
If you went to bullet hell one time you can avoid going there and replay the pasts as often as you like.
The only thing bothering me right now is the fact that the game wouldn't let me to bullet hell in a blessed run but i've beaten all four pasts and been to bullet hell twice in normal runs - so no idea what was "wrong" in the blessed run.
