The Vita simply has no market, there is no money to be made with a port to that system and thus developers have basically no incentive to ever even attempt to do a port of their game, investing resources without much of a pay off.
Who cares about those lousy triple A title everyone is always talking about? Much rather have a handheld that might or might not become some support from indie developers despite of the fact that even it's manufacturer has stopped producing big games for it...
