The name itself is literally the same as the SAA in Metal Gear Solid 3.
The description is basically a quote from Revolver Ocelot himself.
And it fires richochet bullets, just like Ocelot.

The amount references in this game are just unreal.

Have you seen the little Ghost Busters reference. I think the gun is called the Proton Backpack or something. It's pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suck.

Also the Railgun, the Big Boss-like bullet, the Stinger (you kill the Hind D in MGS1 with it, it says in the description it was used to destroy an aircraft) and probably more but I can't remember them now. The Beehive may or may not be a reference to The Pain.
