Blank Shrine
Can you make an offering to it multiple times or no? Just curious if I can try for another gun or not...

Yes. I know for a fact you can do it twice. Second usually is a blue or green chest. Not sure past that.

I tried a second blank on two occasions and nothing happens though the wiki says that it is possible (and yes I waited a bit before fireing the second blank)

Yeah, so have I. Thankfully, it worked this time. Got Sling before the boss fight.

The second chest usually takes three blanks in my experience. Two is uncommon. You can keep going past two chests, it just seems to reduce the chance per blank

Eh, I'd rather not risk it since you may need a few of those on the boss.
