Winchester's Game / Trickshot question

Skipped most of these early on while doing runs to funnel cash into the elevators, now that I finally look for them I can't find them.
Farmed chamber 3 way too many times and haven't seen a hint of Winchester or the black market.

Am I doing something wrong?
Not sure if using the elevator shortcut is stopping him from appearing, but I really hope I don't have to clear the first two chambers just to check for him on the third.

That's interesting, I can only remember seeing him on chamber 3 so I've just been speed running that a bunch. Guess I could just do some normal runs and at least earn some hegemony credits.

But it's still really odd how in 2+ hours of wiping out a floor I haven't seen him.

Just keep playing. Sometimes I go long stretches where he doesn't ever show up, other times I find him every run for like three days.

Only advice I can really give you.

Really you shouldn't skip Winchester's Trickshots. With the gold he asks for, even landing just one shot onto one of his targets makes it worth. It's possible to get a red chest by hitting 3 of the targets.

I only skipped it before because I was collecting the mad dosh that the elevator guy needs, and if I spent any money on winchester I wouldn't usually have enough. Had runs where I was about 20 or so short that just tormented me.
