The Lost Adventurer's items
So we know that there are three items on the ground in the same room as him and that he doesn't want you to take them. So does that mean that you can steal them like shop items? And if so, are they any good and do they apear in the ammonomicon afterwards?

I tried with Grappling Hook and the hook went through the items like they didn't exist and hit the wall every time. I was hoping I'd find a way to obtain them here but now I'm saddened.
