Red mun.cher gives nothing
Of the three times I've seen one, two of them it's spat out nothing. I don't know if this is a bug or there's a statistically high chance of it spitting out absolutely nothing, but both times it's caused me to lose as I sacrifice almost all of my weapons in hopes that it'll give me something that'll help. I fed it eight guns the last time, and I don't even know how many the previous. It says "the mun.cher spits out something... unusual" and then does nothing

It takes a random number of guns, and spits out a single gun in return. It basically is a waste unless you're loaded with empty guns.

That thing actually has a limit? I fed it 10 guns and it still wanted more. .-.

It does not have a limit. It rarely spits out guns. It's a desperation play, like Draakvuur said. It is needed to unlock a weapon (Gunslinger's Ashes) but that's a one-time thing.

If you're losing games because you're giving up good guns to a muncher, well... oops. Learned your lesson.

Yah i've thrown a few runs under the bus getting the gun unlock from it, don't think I'll ever use it again tbh.

I found it everytime I found the secret room on floor 6. I don't know if it's a rule or if I've just been very lucky since I've only found it like 3 times.

It seems you basicaly just have to feed it all your empty guns before going for the last boss, and hope he'll give you something back.

I've found only 1 so far and it was in a blessed run inside the floor 2 or 3 shop, i don't remember

I think the red munchers in this game need some work, They seem glitchy and unfun. Like the OP, I put a bunch of guns in the muncher and got a message "fully appeased, the muncher spits out something unusal" but then it gave me nothing and proceeded to have more slots available.

Something about lesbian insult slang.
Carpet Mun-cher, or somesuch.

Rather silly thing to censor.
I like to type Munchy rather than mun-cher anyway. Red Munchy, Green Munchy.
