Demolition Man Achievement/Super Meat Gun

I've been searching the forums for threads about bugged achievements and mostly found things about Cartographer's Assistant or Time Paradox. Nobody has said anything about the Demolition Man achievement. I actively sought to get this one immediately as it seemed simple, but it didn't unlock for me. I've seen a couple of other people with it. Anyone else having the same issue?

I also haven't seen the Super Meat Gun and I have ~100 hours and ~100 runs logged. Is it that rare?

It's either a black or red chest item, so yeah.

As to the achieve, just roll into an enemy in ice like 6 times. Make sure the roll (and not the ice expiring) kills it.

I've definitely rolled into multiple enemies and broken them with the roll, whilst they were iced. The achievement doesn't specify needing to achieve this more than once. Is there a certain amount of times you have to do it?

Just the once.

Try doing it with the jellies; I think they're most consistent.

It may be (if you're using the Icebreaker or strong ice weapon) that they reach death threshold beforehand and that doesn't count(?)

I think I've tried it with a few different weapons, but I guess I have to just keep at it if that really is how you do it.

Wrong. Every item in the game can come from a wooden chest. Every item in the game can come from a black chest. It's all RNG based.

Of course, ignoring the specific drops like master rounds and such.

I've whittled them down to where I think a roll would do the trick because it doesn't appear that the roll damages them while they're frozen and not near enough to death. Do you know if they still take damage when they're frozen and don't flinch?

I don't think the super meat gun is very good, honestly. It's pretty weak, and the only good thing about it to me is the extra heart, that being said, could be very valuable. I'd rank it in the green chest for best chance. Wood < Blue < Green < Red/Gold < Black

I've seen it carry some Youtubers pretty hard (especially with Double Vision) but I was mostly confused as to why I haven't seen it yet.
