Dynamic Resolution scaling

I don't want to play with a tiny screen for pixel perfect mode, but I also don't want stretched pixels. Why the hell don't you just make the resolution dynamically change to the monitor like KAG and ♥♥♥♥?

i play in 1024 x 600. It's the only resolution that can have pixelperfect and not be a tiny window. Only issue is that the black bars on the side don't cover the entire screen so every time i get a steam achievement it will glitch out and leave a grey rectangle in the corner. I also refuse to play in stretched so 1024 x 600 is the only way. I've already sent an email to the devs about that and made a thread. No response.

They would probably have to make the UI separate from rest of the screen to have dynamic resolution like Rebirth does. Nuclear Throne also stretches the pixelart. Idk what KAG and ♥♥♥♥ is.
