SPOILER: The flying only rooms
The huge rooms that require you to fly to get to the other side, I have discovered the secret to them! (Im sure a lot of people know this already anyway)

You can also, rather tediously, make your way across by carefully placing ejected shells from certain guns. Had an elevator run starting with fightsaber that let me stand on the edge and figure the path out behind me, then carried me to the blacksmith.

Someone in a previous thread tipped me off, I was tired of not having the tools to figure it out and went hunting for tips. I'd either get flying or a liquid gun early or not see one until it was too late, so took a little of the RNG out of it

surely liquid based weapons are more common though!

They are more common. It's the way I got it done after encountering the room about 10 times and not having anyway to deal with, I shot my weapon in disgust and it was the mutator, so win!

I just enjoy spraying the Plunger in 360 degrees circle!

Oh and if you have the lord of the pit necklace you can do it by trial and error for as long as you need.
