100th Run Lost Adventurer Rant

Just want to say I only need to find the Lost Adventurer on the first floor to get the achievement. With this in mind I started doing quick restarts in hopes you finding him. I just completed run number 100 without seeing him once. This is absurd. Does he even spawn on the first floor?!

Special mention: I'm also on 4/5 of seeing one of the secret characters. I saw him 4 times in about 10 runs and now I haven't seen him in the last 90. ABSURD! What is this? The ol' razzle dazzle?

Yes he can be on the first floor. Just to note too, that you can find him rarely in secret rooms, and sometimes behind locked doors. Who knows though? You might just be unlucky.

I have recommended people to just play normally untill you bump into him eventually, restarting the floors forever is killing the game for you, I would guess.
