Big empty rooms on the third floor and fourth floor

I'm rather new to gungeon, i picked it up because it was reccommended since i had the binding of isaac, so i dont know much yet. I made it to the fifth floor once cuz i got a chest that gave me a bunch of items at once, and at the shop there there was a lady who said I needed to build a bullet with 4 different pieces that were on the different floors. I always see the prime primer in the second shop, but i havent been able to see the other pieces. I was wondering if the two huge rooms that just look like caves on the third and fourth floors maybe contain them in the back? I can never see the whole room. Anyway, if you could confirm this or tell me where the other pieces are if not, I would be very grateful.

Two of the four pieces are in huge empty looking rooms. There's one with mine carts -- dodge roll towards them to jump in. The rails are invisible. The other huge empty room has a bridge like the one from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. It's there, you just can't see it. Certain guns reveal it like the super soaker
