Owl that blanks + any ammolet. Better with even more ammolets. It feels balanced.

Ring of Triggers + a strong gun with little ammo (like Makeshift Cannon) + a quick auto-charging active (like Grappling Hook or Busted Television)

Muscle Relaxant and A.W.P, Crestfaller, Crossbow, Hegemony Rifle, Hexagun, Laser Lotus, M1, Shock Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Thunderclap, or Winchester Rifle.

Sponge, Hazmat Suit, or something similar with Fossilized Gun or Plunger.

Owl and ammolets.

Blank Companion's Ring + any fast-charging active (such as Melted Rock or Grappling Hook) + ammolets.

Good actives (such as Lead Skin or Elder Blank) + any Coolness-granting items.

Backup Gun with bouncing or homing weapons (such as the Brick Breaker or Corsair or Abyssal Tentacle),

Metronome + ammo bonuses (such as Ancient Hero's Bandanna or Ammo Synthesizer) and/or versatile, high ammo weapons like Polaris.

Ammo Synthesizer + weapon that gets many kills per shot (such as the BSG), or efficient weapons with a lot of ammo (like Polaris).

Makeshift Cannon + Duct Tape

Any of the following: Alpha/Omega Bullets/Hip Holster/Easy Reload Bullets/Reload Speed bonuses + powerful single shot weapons (such as the Hexagun).

Heavy bullets bullets + guns with a really high shot speed (such as M1 or Hexagun)... basically negates the downside of heavy bullets.

Mega Douser + electricity.

Scope or Laser Sight or Any accuracy increase + Budget Revolver (makes it a very efficient infinite ammo weapon that outclasses some limited ammo weapons)

Invulnerability actives (such as Lead Skin or Stuffed Star) + the Patriot or powerful charge-up beam weapons (like the Disintegrator) or Alien Engine (lets you get off that super-high-damage sustained fire to shred bosses!)

Heavy Boots + Alien Engine

Green Guon + antibodies + nanomachines + Enraging Photo = lol. Add in stuff like Heart of Ice or Bullet Idol for further lols.
