Turtle Problem Not Dropping?

I unlocked it, but I've yet to see it drop in a run. I'd usually see new items within 3-4 runs of unlocking them since the game increases their chance to show up till you pick them up. I've done 8-9 runs now and I've yet to see it. It's the last item I need to touch to complete the book.

Try Rainbow runs if you are in a hurry for collecting items fast

Does it even come out of the chest in Rainbow mode? From what I've seen it's largely High tier items. Turtle Problem is a C rank.

How do you even unlock it? I've beat the high dragun with the SST at least 7 times now and it has not unlocked ONCE

Beating it with SST worked for me. Some claim SST needs to deal the deathblow, but I'm not 100% certain. I love the synergy with SST + Turtle Problem. It... summons an extra SST each room cleared, up to 4, and they're permanent.

Rainbow mode changes how rainbow chests work I think.
I’ve seen casey and ruby bracelet drop from rainbow chests in rainbow mode.
