Where the heck is Super Space Turtle?
I've done like 50+ full runs just looking for this guy and I haven't seen him yet. I've seen plenty of Gunthers but 0 Turtles. Is this bugged?

Well its just like everything in enter the gungeon, Its just RNG, There are alot of guns that i only got once and never seen them drop again.

Anyway try opening green chests more, He has the highest chance to drop from there.
