Does someone know how to beat Dragun?

When i finally reached the 5th floor i met Dragun , and i got killed after 2 sec by its attacks.
Can someone give me some tips?

The Obvious: Get Gud, study his attacks and tells, learn how to dodgeroll through them, kill knives, use blanks, get lucky with items, use your best weapons, dont stand still unless you have to, dont panic or uneccesary dodge, read up or watch videos for his patterns

I've found that running to the corners on the attack phase that uses the wall-bounce shots helps, mostly because it is really hard for the bullets to bounce into the corner.

I also recommend killing his knives on either side of the room the second he spawns them. They add extra chaos that needs to be controlled.

Just get composite gun, its so overpowered that you most likely wont even notice a single bullet during the fight...

Yeah that gun and the Singularity in combo with like Crown of Guns or Gunzheng is absolutely ridiculous. Imagine just alternating between both Black Hole Gun and Singularity. You're just like a walking black hole.

I don't get why are people being such as$holes.

Anyway, like some guys here mentioned staying in the lower left corner of the screen during bouncing shots is a good strategy. Also when he uses his wing attack, aka shoots bullets that go from both left and right and downwards stay in left bottom corner and only pay attention to the projectiles coming from your right, they won't hit you from above.

His machine pistols attack is super easy, just dodge over them. Same thing with RPG, wait for it to hit then quickly dodge roll towards it and through the bullets.

During his breath attack just move slowly to the side and keep shooting and if it seems like he'll hit you once you reach the corner try dodge rolling over it.

When he shoots with his pistols don't dodge roll unless you have to, try side-stepping between the bullets instead.

If he throws knives destroy them both quickly, those are super annoying. Also shoot at the homing skulls.

I think that's all of his attacks. He is actually not a difficult boss, as long as you learn his patterns his attacks are relatively easy to deal with. I would recommend to watch a guide video on how to beat him anyway, just in case.

I think you can also blank right before he throws the one knife and they'll both be denied.

I love how people can give solid advice but people stop reading after get gud. get gud is a meme. if you are taking it like it's an insult then you are the one that needs to get off the internet. you are too sensitive. it isn't like he dropped the "git gud" and then added nothing else. this person posted completely solid and acurate advice after it. other than describing every single attack the dragon has and then posting "you need to dodge this by moving out of the way" after every move, what else exactly is left to be said about the boss? text can only do so much. a video guide or watching someone else play against the boss and win would be far more helpful then asking for a text response on a forum.

I actually find it quite safe to be right up in his face in-between attacks, you'll have to learn which attacks to retreat into the bottom left corner for but some of them are as simple as a single dodge roll that's actually easier to time up there in his face.
