I'm sure it will, but you may need to turn down the shaders for it to run smoothly.

It will depend heavily on what graphics card is in your system but that is a pretty old processor and assuming that 2gb you have listed is your ram, you may run into issues from that alone if anything else is running at all while playing the game. That is assuming that you have a good graphics card to take most of the load. If you don't, you probably aren't going to get a playable framerate.

There is always the option of buying it, trying it out, and if it doesn't run well you can refund it (you need to have less than 2 hours of play time).

My computer runs ETG fine, it's worse then yours in every aspect, and I have it at almost max settings.
