I haven't found all of the items nearly yet but one of my favorites off the top of my head is the Space Turtle

Spice is love spice is life first run i got spice i won never lost when i have had spice and even those post hp downs for stats up are powerful only ever shafted me before i had the bullet i needed prime primer and i got spice in the case but thats not a problem anymore XD

I agree with super space turtle that guys can carrie i let him do the entire first stage for me once and i got mastr by just dodging

D Tier: Double vision, grappling hook, cog of battle. I underestimated the grappling hook way too much at first. It can steal, it can stun ennemies and deal some damage, it can reposition you and give you an invincibility frame, get your over pits and platforming/traps rooms, and might even help with some specific achievements, like getting the bullet to kill the past. Cog of battle with Blasphemy can be stupid OP

C Tier: Laser Sight, it's technically not very useful, but i love it way too much. Also Cloranthy Ring, Armor of Thorns playing as the bullet, Gun boots.

B Tier: Shadow bullet, Hip Holster, Ballistic Boots, Red Guon Ston, Wax Wings, Bloodied Scarf, also really love Metronome. Backup gun is situational, but can be really fun. Muscle Relaxant + Sniper rifles.

A Tier: Alpha and Omega Bullets on single shot guns. Ring of Triggers, Duct Tape, Sixth Chamber and Spice.

Any stat up, especially damage up (Unity included) or item that helps healing up/sustaining is also welcomed.
