After beating chamber 5 boss?

I'm wondering what to do after beating the dragon? Are there secret bosses to unlock or hard mode, etc?

Unlock new characters, npcs, defeat the pasts. Killing the dragun is kinda the beginning of the game.

Yea there's a lot. Beating the Dragun opens up a lot of new content and unlocks. I would start with the main pasts, then move onto early secret floors, and eventually work up to taking down the true final floor. Other NPCs in the breach can mix up runs too. Bowler is my favorite at the moment. Happy hunting.

@GamingOak yeah, right now focusing my attention for unlocking more characters.. My god that "one" character has a really complicated requirements.

if you want a "hard mode" takes gunslinger and prays in front of the statue of spawn is forget not to put you in bestial mode but first unlock the character paradox and gunslinger after killing minimum one past it’s a good start

There are 4 secret chambers
1 "hard mode" chamber
and 4 secret characters
