any tips on finding red caped bullet kin faster?

bullet and gunslinger are the only 2 characters i have left to unlock but it is taking forever to find these red caped kin. I've managed to find 3 over the past few days but that's like 15-20 hrs of playtime. I've read the wiki and know the spawn rates for the floors, is my best chance just shortcutting to 5th floor and repeatedly clearing it to try and find them?

just don’t even think about it and play the game as usual

I suggest you just try and unlock gunslinger, they'll probably spawn while you're trying to get through the hellish pseudo-clone run that is the Paradox-Gunslinger unlock

you can spot them easier when you watch their guns, they dont aim at you and point the gun always in the same direction, all the normal bulletkin aim their gun at you, so if you watch out for a gun not aiming while entering a room you should find them better.
