Killing Past in Blessed run

Not sure. Bullet Hell was locked for me when I completed a Blessed run (the hole in the floor was closed), so possibly not.

It is indeed possible. Earlier on today, I did some blessed runs in order to unlock the blessed run unlock (aka the best gun in the whole game). I did it as Bullet for that sweet contact damage immunity. I took the bullet from blacksmith, and after killing the chamber 5 boss, I proceeded to the gun that kills the past. Then I went to my past (which I had already beaten as Bullet), and killed it for the 2nd time.
So, yes. A blessed run is in every way the same as a normal run except for the weapon thing.
