Can't stream the game with OBS (Streamlabs OBS)
I know this should go in Technical Issues, but i'm pretty sure the post will go completely ignored there...

Whenever i try to stream the game, it's just a slideshow.. The game doesn't lag, OBS doesn't lag either, but the stream "result" or just stream.. it's basically a slideshow of like 5 fps.. I tried changing encoders and bitrate (1000-2000-2500-3000-4000) But it just doesn't want to work. I also tried changing what graphic card would OBS use (Yes, i have 2 graphics cards, an integrated Intel card and a NVIDIA 920m). My pc's also a laptop, but as I said before, the game doesn't lag at all..

It lags with monitor and game too
OBS is laughing at your pathetic laptop and your delusions that it will ever be able to stream in a quality anyone with eyeballs would want to watch.

I can stream games like league, speedrunners, town of salem, terraria, minecraft, the binding of isaac with no problems, why can't I stream this one? All of them run at 60 fps

It's a pathetic laptop, but strong enough to stream games like this

not if it's lagging due to running OBS as you stated is the case.

also just capture the monitor is the fix for this, your computer simply can't handle it.

It lags with monitor capture too, the only lag is on twitch or when i record a video, the recorded video, even with monitor. The game runs a smooth 60 fps when i'm not recording or streaming, that's why it's a bit strange and i don't really blame it on my computer.. I mean, the game runs fine, the preview runs fine and it says everything's okay, then why does it lag on the streaming platform?
okay i'm amazed you need this explained but the game and OBS are completely separate applications, each of them needs some system resources to itself to run properly, obviously what is happening is OBS is not getting enough to do the job and turns your stream into a slideshow.

furthermore, you've got a 920? of all things and you expect to do anything worthwhile with it? in what universe do you come from exactly? it's not even a real video card in the first place, it's a mobile (probably integrated as well) version of the video card with it's thermals completely and totally out of whack and it's ability to display graphics effectively hamstrung by the small laptop form factor and cooling concerns.

additionally, i bet you're not even using 64 bit and have 4gb RAM total in your machine, possibly including v-ram, to reiterate your computer is slow as ♥♥♥♥, don't be surprised.

edit: based on my experiences at the very least you want a geforce 970 and as much memory as you can afford, but 12-16gb should be plenty for ideal streaming in 1080p quality, with fast internet as well if you want to stream at a high bitrate.
when i used to bother to stream nobody on mobile could ever see the stream because it was a higher bitrate than mobile is able to playback and it never had slowdown issues because i have a high performance PC capable of streaming.

Im not entirely surprised, but still the pc's 64bit and it has 8gb RAM (As you surely already noticed im not a computer expert or anything, so i can't tell you anything about the vram) Also i changed obs priority to (very?) high on task manager (but i doubt it did something) But yeah if the answer is still "my pc is ♥♥♥♥ get over it" and there's no other way of "fixing it" then yeah i guess i'll just get over it
if you have 64 bit then don't worry about the v-ram, just usually very low end laptops will not actually have any dedicated video memory for the video card itself at all and just have it steal some of the 4gb (32 bit max) of system memory which even further exacerbates the issue.

or stream in 720p instead.

i mean just because my pc can stream in glorious 1440p doesn't mean everyone has to, hell i'm not even sure most people notice the difference unless they're looking.
