How Many Hours In Did You Beat Your First Run?
Im curious to know at how many hours did everyone else finish a run. Im getting close to 50 hours and can barely make it past the 4th floor (I know. Im Bad). I heard that the average time to beat a run is about 20-40 hours.

It was like 10 hours for me to do it. I learned very quickly how the bosses worked and that helped me get my first victory.

Im still strugging on how to beat the 4th floor bosses. Sometimes i even get killed by the 2nd for bosses. This game is very hard for me for some reason.

4th floor bosses are no joke. I think the Wallmonger and the High Priest are harder than the Dragun. Kill Pillars are really the only fourth floor boss that I can get the flawless for every time. The Wallmonger varies on what items I have, and I get the flawless for the High Priest very rarely because of those random bullets that fly from the walls. The only hard second floor boss for me is the Beholster. He's supposed to be easier than the Ammoconda, but I can never destroy those missles in time for some reason. Ammoconda is just is easy to predict most of the time.

ive been playing 11 hours and ive gotten the master round for 1 and 2, and the floor 2 shorcut. ive only gotten to 4th floor also

It's more of just figuring out the tricks to fighting the bosses. High Priest is just a buffed Cannonballrog in a way, the Wallmonger has an attack where there's like five rows of bullets coming your way, you can dodge through that with the proper timing. Keeping your distance also helps. :bulletkin:

I got to the Dragun about 2 in-game hours ago, and died the first wave of bullets he sent in... Only had half a heart left.

The Forge is rough. Hollow takes out all my health. Nothing works out well.

I know I got to floor 5 for the first time by 15 hours using exclusively Hunter, so I'd say between 15 and 18? (That time period would also include the past).

Around 18-20 hours. After that it didn't take that long to beat it 2nd time. It's a tough game and I still don't beat 5th chamber every time. Once you get some really good weapons and passives in one run you'll make it!

I got the Disintegration Ray and the Particulator on my second run, leading to an easy win. My fifth run I got the Betrayer's Shield and a max level Ser Junken, causing the same.

RNJesus has given me his blessing.

I guess im just a slow learner at this game. Its taking me a while to beat a single run, i already have 120 deaths.

Even if i got those 2 items i wouldnt be able to win. There are so many things in this game that i need to work on.

Im in the same boat, 112 hours and still no victory, Im close (consistent floor 4) but just not there yet

17 hours in and i still haven't done it. However i have gone to Floor 5 (The Forge) in one of my runs, it was actually the first run i have gone past Floor 3. Guess i was on a lucky streak, i have even beaten the third boss flawlessly, and i haven't even fought him before.

My luck usually runs out at Level 3, so yeah. This run was with the Pilot, and i think i have also beaten the "secret" floor in-between the first and the second.

Guess if there wasn't that horrible stuttering that happens from time to time when i lose frames (yet the game still counts the calculations) i wouldn't get hit that much.

Good thing i enjoy playing the game with all the characters, side-quests and everything else. So every new run feels fresh.
