Short answer: they are bullets made of flesh. they have bodyparts, skeletons and hearts. they have blood, too. however they're still partially made of brass and lead, as most bullets would be.

lol this'd probably be disturbing for them. its essentially the bullet equivalent of a human having a gun that shoots mini human dolls with real human skin on them
