I just did a mission in mgs5 where i had to recover a rocket launcher called honey bee

The Wikipedia says it could be a MGS reference or a reference to the real life anti-aircraft launcher of the same name

Nah, it is just common rocket launcher FIM-92 Stinger, Man-Portable Air-Defense System (MANPADS)[1]
