Re-arm mission: fail to find the arm (but i got the balloon)

i know that i have to get the arm and the balloon. but i fail that find arm. I clear the room except the dragun but can't find enemies with arm or a room with arm icon. Am i in a bug? I am not a pro, so i rarely reach the forge level, and it happens twice on it already.

I met the shop keeper and unlocked the arm. but in that run, all the enemies are already cleared, so there is no arm in the room with arm icon. and then in next two runs, i can only get a balloon.

I am so confused

FYI, i beat the dragun several times, finished the bullet, but haven't kill any past yet

On the Forge, it is always sitting next to the blacksmith.

Don't you have to kill a Past for it to show up?

It should be there. It should spawn next to the Blacksmith after your first High Dragun kill. Maybe you need to finish the Bullet. Are you sure it's not blending in? It's orange.

Oh, actually, you need to be careful. The arm can be destroyed for the run if you're killing enemies by dunking them in pits. If the balloon's spawning the arm should be spawning as well, might just have to look harder. Can the High Dragun end up with it?

ok i found the arm next to blacksmith. But it's weird because i am very sure that i have check her shop last time.
