Can you uncover RR's Lair entrance while wearing wings?
Good day!

Anyone know if you can uncover the dust blocking the RR Liar in the Mines if you are wearing wax wings?

I have a great looking run going. Have master rounds, remote rockets, tons of great stuff, and the Gnawed Key. But I just can not seem to locate the RR lair entrance at all. I've been over the map, 3, 4 times, every room.

bonus question: Does anyone know if the entrance is sometimes in a secret room?

I have the game open and paused in the background for over 2 days now lol. I don't want to give up on finding the lair after I bought the key. Never had the issue before. Just can not find it.

I'm wondering if it hasn't turned up maybe because I've been wearing the wings, so plan to take them off room by room if need be.

I think yes. But if u didn't uncover the entrance right after u have cleared the room, u will not be able to find it. tho there are some ways to do that, but I don't really remember them
The room where the entrance is always has small rats running in it. If u see them/ their dead bodies - then search for the entrance in this particular room.

Oh, I didn't realize that the entrance closes at some point. I had not discovered the entrance, but cleared the level, killed the lvl 3 boss. I' backtracked the level so many times...normally I don't have much trouble finding it. Bummer.

Edit I guess a blank would also make it appear, but I'll only have one chance ... as you need 2 blanks and the key to get there.

Haven't seen rats. It's like it didn't spawn this time.

Weird. Are you sure you were looking for them exactly on the third floor?

you could find the room and unequip your wings to find the opening, if you have wings on there's no way to uncover it other than using a blank, but you need two to enter anyways so it's not worth it
