yellow jellyfish
so i freed the yellow jellyfish and it says he has a shop in the breach, where is that?

yes, goopton open a shop in the breach when you buy 1 item from him

for speak with him you have to have the sponge item (so i think you have bought the sponge)

when you return to the breach you'll see it

His name is Professor Goopton, and he will both sell items in Breach for HC and occasionally he will appear in the Gungeon and sell items.

Stuff that he sells is often goop-based, like Bug Boots or Mega Douser. He also sells one of the most powerful item in the game - Gundromeda Strain.

Yes, but he has spoken, for speak with him you need the sponge

About speaking with him, I think it's bug but in Russian you can always understand what he says even withouth the sponge. But maybe this bug was fixed, dunno

It was a surprise for me when I switched to english and discovered that he speaks his own language.

Yeah, in russian he speaks just with turned on CAPS LOCK, so there is no trouble in communicating with him
