Favourite puns & references

So the topic is as the title says; what is your guys favourite in-game pun and/or reference and what does it appeal to?

For me, the #1 is the Super Hot Watch, which obviously comes from SuperHot, the most innovative shooter i have played in a long time.

In my opinion, the boss puns are best!!!
Firstly: the Bullet King's "Lead Throne", that's made of guns, is a reference to Game of Throne's IRON Throne!!!
Gatling Gull, the Rapid Fire Raptor, is pretty obvious.
There's also the Accursed Gunwitch, Gorgun Meduzi. An uzi is a kind of gun, so this Medusa rip-off has 3 gunpuns!!!
There are so many more!!! Did you know you can obtain the Eye of the Beholster as a weapon? I love the boss puns the most!

Among the boss references, my favourites are Cannonbalrog and High Dragun, because both of their arts appearing during boss cutscenes are LotR references.

And also, I love the fact that Bullet is basically an expy of Link from Legend of Zelda, who was kicked out of the Gungeon because melee weapons are TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I like the description in the ammonomicon of the cool sunglasses, where it says a cool gungeoneer put them on very slowly, and some people say he's still putting them on. Pretty sure that's gotta be an Arnie Terminator reference!

i still think the best and most clever pun in the entire game is that the ghost bullet enemies are Hollow Points

Did you know that the Supply Drop flavour text says "I need mags!", which I think is a parody of "I need heals!" from Overwatch.
