there is no such thing as a mobile port of etg. the video is fake.
if you take a look at the channel of the guy who made the tutorial you can see that he also uploaded videos about mobile ports of games like mario odyssey which are obviously only available on the switch

There is exit the gungeon on ios. Maybe someday it will become available on android.

There is no way to play this game on your phone. A very easy and simple way to find out is simply google if there is a mobile port. However, if you do want a game similar to ETG on your phone I recommend Soul Knight. It's free, has a variety of classes most of which you can unlock for free, and is compatible with controllers. It's pretty fun so check it out if you want a similar experience on your phone.
