How do I get the 6th infuriating note?

I've done quite a lot things in this game and I even killed the past of one main character. I have over 50h now and I can't get this 6th note. I got the first 5 so quickly I havent even notice, but how do I get the last one?

the 6. note can only be found in a mimic so if you want to unlock it as fast as possible use the shrine at the beginning that gives you 9 curse because that increases your chance of encountering a mimic from 2.25% to 21.15%

Alternatively, follow the first 5 notes, try one direction, then try another if they one doesn’t work. You have a 50% chance per run to get it right without the last note

Nevermind, I got it few runs after I made this threat. Still got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by that little bastard
