Why is the Railgun in S tier when the Prototype Railgun is in A tier? the Prototype Railgun has 150 damage compared to the Railgun's 50, and mostly the same stats. So whats the point of using the Railgun over the Prototype?

The Railgun's shots ricochet 3 (or 4?) times, and the ricochets have a slight homing effect to them.

The Prototype Railgun only fires a single shot.
