[SPOILERS] Can't unlock Alternate Weapon Skins...

I've beaten every character's past before, and as The Hunter just did a run where I beat the R&G Department *AND* the Lich, in the same run. (Thanks Clone.)

Even after all of that, no alternate gun skin... What gives?

You need to beat every past with every character using the alternate skins

You're using the little shrine thing in the breach to try to toggle it right?
After killing a past with the character's alternative skin you should be able to activate it and use the new gun skin.
