I love Rainbow Mode

Rainbow Mode just gave me the opportunity to play a completely different game.

Shotgun Full of Hate (gained from Paradox weapon, gives Casey nails)
Super Hot Watch

I am now sneaking about the Gungeon MGS style, getting myself into position, popping out of the box to whack an enemy into other enemies, then using Super Hot Watch to dodge and weave my way through enemy fire to club everyone else to death. And I'm only on the Abbey of the True Gun! Can't wait to see what the future Rainbow Chests can do to augment this playstyle.

Oh, and I have the MGS theme on repeat as I do this, just because.

What crazy Rainbow Mode runs have you guys gotten so far?

I, passed through Resourceful rat's lair, Abbey of the true gun, Oubliette, got a clone on the way, then burned myself as I went down all the way to bullet hell and took about 20 hits of damage off of fire, then went all the way through oubliette, abbey, resourceful rat once more and finally killed the lich in about half a minute using Yari launcher (the only non-passive i ever took, along with relodestone) with ancient hero's bandanna.
Ended with an assload of S-A rank passives like Yellow chamber, Sixth chamber, Riddle of lead, Rare candy, Super hot watch, so on. Had so many heart containers i was just too big to fail even if i didn't bother dodging, since everything died in an instant.

All this took about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Also, resourceful rat's drops can be picked up in rainbow mode. Got glass cannon and T-shirt cannon from him.
Ended up with like, 30 junk.

Just finished the run. Ended up with Orbital Bullets, Cat Throne, and some damage boosting passives like the rare candy. Had a near constant tornado of bullets around me from my reflected bullets and Cat Throne bullets. One time I even whacked one of those Wizbang clones before it could explode, it hit a wall, and I ended up with a Wizbang clone orbiting around me.

And yeah, I killed the Rat, too. Solid Snake never destroyed a Metal Gear by wholloping it on the chin with a baseball bat!

I just got Big Shotgun for boss shredding, railgun for rooms with ancient bandana, omega bullets, gundromeda strain, blank bullets and the goledn ticket.

Blank bullets work with gatling gull. It's amazing

I knew bullet modifiers worked with Gatling Gull as I had one with Snowballers, and could see its bullets grow in size... but I didn't think about it with Blank Bullets, that DOES sound amazing. Only way you could make that better is if you also had its synergy with Elder Blank going, too!
