Am i the only who thinks that enhanced Ruby Bracelet a way worse than it's origin version?

Yeah, old one gets useless after couple of floors with good guns, but sometimes there are situations when you use it with great benefit. And now it's just a hard to unlock Armor of thorns or Blast Helmet with a big chance to get shot while you charging it. Or maybe I didn't notice a key feature of it?

But it has a plenty of D and C tier analogs, such as Blast Helmet, Armor of Thorns, Red Cape etc. And you don't need to run without stop among bullets to use it, this is main different

Upgraded Ruby Bracelet does WAY higher damage than Armor of Thorns or Live Ammo. Live Ammo is also exclusive to The Bullet and no other character can get it. Also, they all stack multiplicatively, so getting all theee at the same time will be bonkers.

Blast Helmet does not increase your roll damage (unless they changed it with this update).
