Are There Any Rewards For Clearing Rainbow Mode?

I'm just curious to know if you unlock anything for completing it.

I didn't see anything new besides a trophy on the room where the new NPC is located inside the Breach. No achievement neither weapon gets unlocked upon completion.

What counts as a Rainbow Completion anyway? Is it just making it to the chest, a past kill, or a Lich kill?

I'm not so sure. In my first (and only) rainbow run the very moment I spawned, I got teleported instantly into a glitched dual boss. After doing all the floors normally I beat the past because there was no way I could beat the lich with the items I had and I saw the trophy on the room.

If you beat the past as a character in rainbow mode, it unlocks an alternate starting gun for them that you can change at a little statue in the breach. Has the same stats it seems, but looks different.

I didn't get anything of that. Where is this statue located?

It's a statue of a gun right next to where all the characters are.

I can debunk this. Getting the alternate starting gun for each character just requires you to beat that character's past again. Playing in Rainbow mode when doing so is not necessary.

Just killed the Lich in rainbow mode with marine. Got nothing. No statue in the breach

I beat the Marine's past and unlocked his alt gun, but not the same with the Convict, the only thing I can think of is that I used the Marine's knight skin and not the Convict's punk skins. So you may very well have to complete your past in the alternate skin.
