Stealing 10 in a single run would be almost impossible since every theft from Bello after the first has an increasing chance of failure, and failure closes his shop for the rest of the run. You'd have to get hecka lucky with special shop spawns.

Different items allow you to. Decoy placed in a shop can allow you can steal, smoke bomb, charm horn quite a few others as well. It comes with a rank of curse. It's a 50%chance if you try to steal from same shop twice I think maybe

100% for 1st try in every shop.
50% for 2nd try in Bello shops.
10% for all else.

Stealing with hooks is 100% steal no matter what but you are guaranteed to get caught.
Decoy with at least one synergy(shadow clone for sure) is not able to steal.
