Worst and Best gun in the game?

And don't say Pea Shooter and Finished Gun, those are easy choices.

For me, the worst gun easily has to be the Lil' Bomber. It doesn't do a lot of damage, takes ages to charge up, etc.

Best gun, imo at least, is Gunther. I mean, he's basically a starting pistol on steroids... I've beaten the entire game with him.

^Yes ABSOLUTELY. Casey is totally one of the worst guns in the game. Not the best weapon in D rank. Absolutely not. Not better than 99.8% of the C rank guns either. Nope.

Gunther is the best gun in the game. It's easy to level up, has infinite ammo, pierces, gains homing at max level, and does good enough DPS to use against any room enemy or boss.

IMO the worst gun is either Klobbe or Sawed-Off. Both have horrible accuracy, and Klobbe has terrible DPS while Sawed-Off has awful range. Basically unusable except to check for secret rooms.

Also, for worst item, I would argue iBomb Companion App. Such a terrible item.

I'd go with chamber gun for the best.
If you have 3rd floor master bullet or you are currently in bullet hell.
Weakest gun? Hard to tell. There are many bad guns.
Pea shooter is a memegun but so are normal pistols with no special characteristics whatsoever.

the most underrated is the Glacier btw. Destroys boss bullets, slows them and does decent damage. I see that it is now an A rated weapon which is fair, but i remember it was a C or something back then (or i remember wrong i don't know)

Chamber gun in the third master round form is absolutely ridiculous. I'm pretty sure it's not meant to kill every enemy in bullet hell within 1-2 seconds... It also auto-targets all enemies on-screen instantly; it's similar to the Abyssal Tentacle only MUCH better. I have a feeling it'll be fixed in the next patch but for now, it's almost certainly the best gun in the game.

I would have to vehemently disagree with you about the Sawed-off. Yes its range is garbage, but it still has a great range of utility in the early game. Up close, a blast can one shot many enemies, and it makes short work of the Gun Nuts and the other large-type, morning-star-swinging guys. Plus it has fantastic knock-back, making it easy to push precipitously placed Gundead into a pit, which I find extremely useful especially in the Oubliette. Even in the late game it does a good job of this.

Please give the Sawed-Off another chance!

The horrible accuracy and range means you have to get super close to enemies, and its damage isn't good enough to compensate for that risk. Casey or Blasphemy or Chamber Gun in the drill form is very much strong enough to make the risk worth it. Sawed-Off is not. It's so much safer and just as fast to use even your starter gun. Sawed-Off is sod awful and always will be.

The worst gun is probably the pea shooter or derringer, and the best gun would either be Gunther or Gungine imo. If you play as gunslinger and get the gungine you have a full auto shotgun that shoots super fast if you strafe around, and Gunther is just good

Personally, I LOVE the RAD gun. It adds another level of skill to the game and is highly rewarding for getting multiple reload timings correct. The only issue is that when you mess up a reload, the weapon becomes worthless, which forces you to switch to a different gun midfight.

But I HATE the RPG! It has a super long reload time and it's rockets accelerate after they fire, making it just an abomination of a B ranked weapon. And there already other, BETTER B ranked weapons like the Stinger or Com4and0, each of these being explosive weapons that fulfil the same rolls as the RPG

Klobbe is the worst gun. The game jokes about how bad it is. The best gun is Gunther when you get it early on.

Gunther isn't even bad late. It only takes about one full floor to fully level him up. Unless you get him out of a random room clear chest in Bullet Hell, he'll finish the run for you easily.

I respect your opinion, but I disagree with what you say. It is, of course, a little risky, but not ridiculously so. I am not saying it's the greatest gun ever, but it is definitely better than you believe it to be. In the right hands, it is a fantastic weapon. And it is absolutely faster than just using a starter.

I just made a short, 4-minute video of me going through the first chamber and you can see just how mighty the sawed-off is. I feel that it clearly demonstrates how your ideas are not completely accurate (possible spoilers).
