Ser Junkan..

Since the update has Ser Junkans spawn rate been lowered.. I say this because I haven't had him once in well over 30 runs. One run i had 7 junk but still no Ser Junkan. I hope not hes one of the best companions.
Also I keep getting glass guon stones.. and the shop sells lots of them as well on the tables with the blanks. Not a fan of these that's all.

I got him exactly once and I loved him. A bit sad but he's one of the strongest companions to have so I understand.

I do hope I can get Ser Junkan and the Mimic follower so I have 2 knights protecting me. :3

I hadn't gotten him in over 100 runs maybe, which is incredibly unlucky if he has a 5% chance of replacing junk. I did get him from unlocking a chest recently though.

Yeah I've been doing repeated runs all afternoon trying to get ser junkan, trashing every chest. nothing.

Well since the update I got him twice, and yesterday with Gold Junk . Just RNG as always

I've gotten him about 3 times, although I was never able to put him to good use.

I get him every so often and I love it when I do get him. Hes maazing to have and I love him and his little knight self!!!

I like him because I mostly destroy every chest that isnt a blue or green or anything better then that. So I get junk alot and I love him when I do get him!

Then you have upgraded him, defeated a boss with him and you see "Ser junkan Unlocked". Then you see in the wiki that after that you have only 5% chance to got Ser Junkan.
Then you cry.

Last time I got Ser Junkan (upgraded 4x) I also got the Owl, Space Friend, Super Space Turtle and the Battle Standard. I don't think I'll ever have a run like that again. :(

Heh, I know what you mean. Thanks for the suggestion but I've known about it for a while and I never used it because I know if I do then I'll, very quickly, kill off the longevity of this game by spawning in other things I've wanted to either try again or try for the first time. I wouldn't be able to refrain myself. It's all or nothing with me.

I also find the AG&D update wouldn't be half as enjoyable without the possibility of getting older content which I've yet to experience.

Ser junkan is rare now?
I've done like 30 or so runs and in my efforts to get to Ouiblette I've been breaking the chests on the first floor a lot more as I need to save two keys and frequently end up with ONLY 2, forcing me to break the chests in hopes that I get an item anyway, but during those times I've got Junkan like 3 or 4 times. Not neccesarily in a row, but it happened.

He has a 20% chance of spawning from broken chests before unlocking him. Beating a boss with a lvl 4 or higher Ser Junkan in tow "unlocks" him, making him a C-tier item that can drop from chests or bosses and be in the shop. But once unlocked, he lowers to a 1% chance of dropping from broken chests. This used to be 5% before the AG&D update.
