Last 2 Infuriating Notes (Spoilers)

I think my Gungeon is bugged. I can't get Infuriating Note 5 and 6 to drop, and since the path to the Rat is different for each player, I can't progress with the new update content. I know the 6th note is dropped by a Mimic, but I've killed plenty of Mimics since and done plenty of normal runs where I just can't get the 5th or 6th note to drop. If anyone knows if the 5th one has special criteria, like maybe a secret room or something, it'd be helpful. I thought maybe it'd be secret rooms, so I started trying to hunt them more aggressively in my runs, but I still can't find the notes, despite it all.

Same here. I got 4 notes before i even reached the hollow.Now i have already killed 4 pasts but i'm yet to find any other notes.

I'd really like to fight the Rat without having to use some cheats to spawn the notes or something.

this is just off the top of my head but i think 5th has to do with red or green chests?

Also in the efforts of trying to get the last 2 notes, I open any quality chest, so I've had plenty of Greens and quite a few Reds since with no luck either.

The 6th note can only be found in mimic.

The 5th note is located in a rare chest, i think.

I had the same issue. Just had to keep opening chests. They came eventually. For what it's worth you can still reach rat w/o all the notes. You just have to guess the final 2 directions. This isn't all that hard with one note to go as it's 1/4 shot. Then once you know it's the same from then on.

Yeah, I was wondering this and tried wandering the maze for the last 2 directions but I just couldn't find the right route despite it being I guess a 1/16 chance

I only just now got the 5th; it was dropped from a wooden chest that was dropped from a miniboss kill, that new bomb guy.

Maybe that's the parameter for it to spawn, and people just chock it up to being found in a chest since it technically is found in a chest. The note sounds like it has to do with fighting a boss, anyway.
