How do I change active items?

Can't figure it out for some reason xd I mean, equip one instead of another one

Holding the G key in allows you to drop any active item you currently have equipped and thus pick up another to replace it.

Additionally, you can just press E (if you have E binded to interact) whle facing the item and it should instantly swap items. If you're aksing about t he Pilots passive with two active item slots, press Left Shift to switch active items
