High Dragunfire Question

So I know I don't need it to unlock finished gun, but I was wondering if when I get will it show up in chests in later runs or do you never see it again? It's weird if it shows up in later runs but not in the ammonomicon. Also while searching for it, should I be beating the boss to check the exit room for secret rooms or just call it quits once I check all the walls before boss?

It shows up randomly. I've only seen it ONCE, and that was because I had the map for the floor to notice it even though I always check walls for secret rooms. Then guess what? I had ZERO keys and the stage cleared when I got to the chest so I couldn't even open the mother ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I'm not sure if I find it again that it will even be there either, or if just finding the room was considered finding it.

As for unlocking and showing up later it is basically gone as far as I know. Even if you get that secret cultist room again it will only be a regular chest. Quite a pointless addition really as it is a one time thing and doesn't count anywhere towards anything.

Once the High Dragunfire is unlocked, it can be found in later runs. It not be required for the Finished Gun is mostly because of it's rarity.
